I have a huge sweet tooth and love healthier treats. Anything with banana is also my favorite. These air fried banana dessert spring rolls with chocolate are a delicious healthy treat.
This recipe is incredibly easy to make but tastes decadent. You only need 4 ingredients and your air fryer. Although these spring rolls do have sugar in them from the chocolate chips, they also have healthy fats from the almond butter which cancels it out.

Ingredients for air fried desert spring roll
- spring roll wrapper
- banana
- chocolate
- almond butter

Instructions for air fried chocolate and banana spring roll with almond butter
- In a wide shallow bowl, add warm water and soak a piece of rice paper for about 15 seconds (follow the instructions on the packet). Lay out the rice paper on a clean, dry cutting board.
- Add the banana slices to the spring roll in an even layer. Top with almond butter and chocolate chips.
- Fold in the sides of the spring roll and roll to create a spring roll.
- Line air fryer with parchment paper or foil. Add spring roll to air fryer seam side up (this is important to prevent the roll from leaking). Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Let cool, slice and enjoy. The roll will be a little sticky and gooey but still crisp.
Substitutions
- Almond butter - can be subbed with any nut or seed butter except for tahini because it is too oily
