Air Fried Banana Dessert Spring Roll

Ingredients
  

  • 1 spring roll
  • ½ small banana - cut into 6 slices
  • ~1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • ~1 heaping tablespoon almond butter

Instructions
 

  • In a wide shallow bowl, add warm water and soak a piece of rice paper for about 15 seconds (follow the instructions on the packet). Lay out the rice paper on a clean, dry cutting board.
  • Add the banana slices to the spring roll in an even layer. Top with almond butter and chocolate chips.
  • Fold in the sides of the spring roll and roll to create a spring roll.
  • Line air fryer with parchment paper or foil. Add spring roll to air fryer seam side up (this is important to prevent the roll from leaking). Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Let cool, slice and enjoy. The roll will be a little sticky and gooey but still crisp.
