I love dessert but I don't always want to make a full batch of something, or necessarily eat something with a ton of sugar. So, I love making single serve healthier dessert recipes. These air fried cinnamon banana slices with yogurt are my favorite healthier treat to make.
These slices are ridiculously easy to make. Just cover a banana in coconut oil and cinnamon oil and pop in your air fryer. Then serve with yogurt, honey and chocolate. Delicious.

Ingredients for air fried banana yogurt parfait
- bananas
- cinnamon
- coconut oil
- yogurt
- chocolate
- honey or agave

Instructions to make vegan cinnamon banana chips
- Coat bananas in oil and cinnamon.
- Add banana slices to an air fryer lined with parchment paper or tin foil (prevents sticking) air fry at 390 degrees for 8-13 minutes. The bananas should be cooked through and browned.
- Let banana slices cool for about 3 minutes.
- Add banana slices to a bowl with yogurt and top with honey and chocolate. Enjoy.
Storage instructions
If you have leftover banana slices (highly doubtful you will (;) you can store them in a sealed container in your fridge for up to 24 horus.
Substitutions
- Yogurt - can be subbed with ice cream
- Coconut oil - can be subbed with another neutral oil

I used my Ninja XL air fryer for this recipe which I love. Any air fryer works.

Ingredients
- Bananas
- 1 ripe or medium ripe banana - cut into ~¼ inch thick slices
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- ~¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Sides and toppings
- 1 serving vanilla yogurt of choice I like cocojune
- 1-2 tablespoons finely chopped chocolate of choice
- drizzle of honey or agave
Instructions
