- banana

Storage instructions for salted caramel smoothie with cauliflower and dates?
I store my extra smoothie in my fridge overnight in a mason jar. If you want to store the smoothie for longer than a day I would suggest putting the extra smoothie in the freezer in a mason jar. Remove it from the freezer and leave it in the fridge to thaw for 6-12 hours before you want to eat it.

Ingredients
This makes 2 servings of smoothie
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 banana
- 2 ½ cups frozen cauliflower florets or rice (I cut and freeze mine myself ahead of time)
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 servings vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- ½ avocado
- 1- 1 ½ cups water or plant milk
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
