This vegan salted caramel protein smoothie will be your new go to smoothie recipe.

Ingredients

This makes 2 servings of smoothie

  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 banana
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower florets or rice (I cut and freeze mine myself ahead of time)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 servings vanilla protein
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1- 1 1/2 cups water or plant milk
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
