This makes 2 servings of smoothie
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 banana
- 2 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower florets or rice (I cut and freeze mine myself ahead of time)
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 servings vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 avocado
- 1- 1 1/2 cups water or plant milk
- salt to taste
