Ingredients
- pomegranate juice
- lime
- ginger
- mint
- honey
- sparling water

Substitutions
- ginger - you can use ground ginger but I recommend fresh as it is more flavorful.
- lime - lemon would also work to add the sour taste but I prefer lime.
- honey - feel free to use maple syrup to keep this recipe vegan.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Add all ingredients except for sparkling water to blender and blend.
Add cranberry juice and sparkling water to a glass and serve.
Storage instructions
You can store the pomegranate mixture for up to 2 days in a sealed jar or container in your fridge. Add the sparkling water as you make the drink to avoid it going flat.
Recipe Pro-Tips
I recommend using sugar free pomegranate juice for this recipe.
If you want to make this drink less sweet just dilute it with more sparkling water. You can also do this to extend out the drink to more servings.

Do whatever your heart desires. I don't drink so I can't recommend how much to add or what type of alcohol to add.
Pomegranate is super high in antioxidants and vitamin C.

Pomegranate Sour Spritzer Mocktail
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger*
- zest from 1 lime
- juice from 2 limes
- 1-2 tablespoons honey adjust to your sweetness preference
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- ~1 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for sparkling water to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice to ~12 ounce glass of choice. Fill glass halfway with the cranberry mixture. Top off with sparkling water and repeat for each drink you are making. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
