Ingredients
- cranberry juice
- apple cider vinegar
- lemon
- sparkling water
- ginger
- rosemary
- sparkling water

Substitutions
- ginger - you can use ground ginger but I recommend fresh as it is more flavorful.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Add all ingredients except for sparkling water to blender and blend.
Add cranberry juice and sparkling water to a glass and serve.
Storage instructions
You can store the cranberry mixture for up to 2 days in a sealed jar or container in your fridge. Add the sparkling water as you make the drink to avoid it going flat.
Recipe Pro-Tips
I recommend using sugar free cranberry juice for this recipe.
If you want to make this drink less sweet just dilute it with more sparkling water. You can also do this to extend out the drink to more servings.

Do whatever your heart desires. I don't drink so I can't recommend how much to add or what type of alcohol to add.

Cranberry Ginger Spritzer Mocktail
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup adjust to your sweetness preference
- ~1 tablespoon fresh ginger*
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- juice from ¼ lemon
- 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ~1 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for sparkling water to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice to ~12 ounce glass of choice. Fill glass halfway with the cranberry mixture. Top off with sparkling water and repeat for each drink you are making. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
