Pomegranate Sour Spritzer Mocktail
This Pomegranate Sour Spritzer Mocktail is the perfect healthy mocktail.

- 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger*
- zest from 1 lime
- juice from 2 limes
- 1-2 tablespoons honey adjust to your sweetness preference
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint
- ~1 cup sparkling water
Add all ingredients except for sparkling water to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add ice to ~12 ounce glass of choice. Fill glass halfway with the cranberry mixture. Top off with sparkling water and repeat for each drink you are making. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
This makes 2 mocktails. You can easily stretch out the mocktail by adding extra sparkling water to make up to 4 servings.
*I used a chunk of ginger that was about the size of a teaspoon, you don't need to be exact here.
