    Peach Banana Protein Smoothie with Chia and Avocado

    A major key to my health is a morning smoothie. I love smoothies in the morning because they are light and give me energy throughout the day. My latest smoothie obsession is this Peach Banana Protein Smoothie with Chia and Avocado.

    The avocado makes this smoothie so creamy. This smoothie also has a sneaky serving of vegetables in the form of cauliflower, which you won't taste I promise.

    This high protein peach banana smoothie is

    • perfect for breakfast

    • high in protein, fiber and healthy fats

    What ingredients do I need to make a vegan peach banana cauliflower smoothie?

    • frozen peaches
    • frozen banana
    • frozen cauliflower
    • chia seeds
    • cinnamon
    • cacao
    • vanilla protein
    • water

    How do I make a peach banana and avocado smoothie?

    1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
    2. Pour out smoothie and add desired toppings, I like cacao nibs and granola.
    3. Store the extra smoothie if needed in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

    What protein powder do I use?

    I have tried at least 10 different protein powders and my favorite is Sprout Living. I get the vanilla lucuma but all of the flavors are good! I love this one because it is a complete protein source with no fillers or gums. They also use things like real vanilla or cacao so the protein doesn’t taste like chemicals.     • This makes 2 servings of smoothie
    • 2 cups frozen peaches
    • ½ avocado
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets or rice I cut and freeze my own from fresh
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
    • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • 2 teaspoon cacao
    • 1 tablespoon almond butter

    • 1 - 1 ½ cups water

    Instructions
