    Ingredients

    This makes 1 serving of chia pudding

    • 3 kiwis - peeled
    • 1 cup plant milk
    • ¼ cup chia seeds
    • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
    • juice from ½ lime
    • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions

    1. Add kiwi milk, lime, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.
    2. Add chia seeds to a jar, glass or bowl. Pour in kiwi mixture and mix until combined.
    3. Add chia pudding to the refrigerator and let set for 1-24 hours. I recommend mixing the chia pudding again after 5 minutes to prevent clumping.
    4. Serve chia pudding with your favorite toppings, I went with yogurt, lime zest and extra kiwi.
