This makes 1 serving of chia pudding

kiwis - peeled
1
cup
plant milk
¼
cup
chia seeds
1-2
teaspoons
maple syrup
juice from ½ lime
¼
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add kiwi milk, lime, maple syrup and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add chia seeds to a jar, glass or bowl. Pour in kiwi mixture and mix until combined.
Add chia pudding to the refrigerator and let set for 1-24 hours. I recommend mixing the chia pudding again after 5 minutes to prevent clumping.
Serve chia pudding with your favorite toppings, I went with yogurt, lime zest and extra kiwi.
