Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce jar roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup basil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with your favorite chips!
