Air Fried Honey Garlic Zucchini
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- pinch salt/pepper
- 1 large or 2 medium zucchinis about 3-4 cups of zucchini - cut into ¾ inch thick pieces and then cut in half
Instructions
- Add zucchini to a bowl and toss with oil, honey, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and salt/pepper.
- Add zucchini to air fryer in an even layer, you may have to do multiple batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 12-14 minutes at 400 degrees, until browned and cooked through.
