These High Protein Broccoli Cheddar Cottage Cheese Egg Biscuits are one of my favorite meal prep breakfasts. They're packed with protein from eggs and cottage cheese, and loaded with broccoli for fiber and antioxidants. They come together in one bowl, bake in about 25 minutes, and are perfect for busy mornings when you need something quick, satisfying, and nourishing.

I love cottage cheese. For more yummy cottage cheese recipes try my jalapeno cheddar bisuits, pistachio cheesecake or my bagel bites.

Ingredients
- Eggs – Bind the biscuits together while adding plenty of protein.
- All purpose flour – Creates a tender biscuit. A gluten-free all purpose flour also works well.
- Shredded cheddar cheese – Adds rich, cheesy flavor throughout.
- Cottage cheese – Makes the biscuits moist while boosting the protein. I prefer full-fat, but low-fat works too.
- Salt – Enhances all of the flavors.
- Garlic powder – Adds savory flavor without overpowering the biscuits.
- Baking powder – Helps the biscuits rise and stay fluffy.
- Broccoli florets – Adds veggies, antioxidants and texture.
See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.
