    I have been loving buying apples from the farmers market lately. That is how this Vegan Fruit Dip (sweet tahini yogurt sauce) was born. I had a ton of apples and nothing to dip them in. This dip is extremely easy to make and healthy for you. It has probiotics from the yogurt and nutrients from the tahini. It is only lightly sweetened too so it is super healthy for you. Let's get into the recipe.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup vegan yogurt (I like coconut yogurt)
    • 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp tahini
    • 1 tsp cinnamon

    Instructions

    1. Mix together fruit dip ingredients until smooth. Serve with your favorite fruit.
