Cranberry Ginger Spritzer Mocktail

This Cranberry Ginger Spritzer Mocktail is the perfect holiday drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup adjust to your sweetness preference
  • ~1 tablespoon fresh ginger*
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • juice from ¼ lemon
  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ~1 cup sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except for sparkling water to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add ice to ~12 ounce glass of choice. Fill glass halfway with the cranberry mixture. Top off with sparkling water and repeat for each drink you are making. Garnish with rosemary if desired.

Notes

This makes 2-3 drinks depending on glass size. You can make more drinks by doubling the recipe or by diluting the drink further with the sparkling water.
