1 head cauliflower - broken or cut into florets
1 tbsp oil
1/2-1 tsp salt (adjust to your preference)
black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add cauliflower florets to boiled and salted water. Cook for 4 minutes.
Add florets to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Smash each floret with the bottom of a glass or jar. Coat with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Bake cauliflower for 25-35 minutes until crisp. Smaller pieces may cook faster than larger pieces so remove them as they are cooked.
