Why you'll love these high fiber frozen yogurt bites
It’s a fun and creative way to enjoy strawberries and chocolate.

They are gluten free and can easily be made vegan.
The combination of creamy, fruity, and chocolatey textures is irresistible.
Easy to make with just a few ingredients and minimal prep time.
Ingredients
- strawberries
- cacao powder
- protein powder
- yogurt
- dark chocolate
See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.
Substitutions
- yogurt - you can use vegan yogurt as long as it is thick and creamy. If you use vegan I recommend Cocojune.
- strawberries - any berries work here.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix together cluster ingredients.

Step 2
Form clusters and freeze.

Step 3
Dip in chocolate and freeze again.

Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
Storage instructions
I recommend storing the clusters in the fridge in a sealed glass container for up to 3 days. Storing them this way gives them a soft, ice cream like texture.
You can also freeze them for 3 months and thaw them out as you want to eat them.
Recipe Pro-Tips
Make sure your clusters are fully frozen before dipping them in chocolate. Otherwise they will melt and create a mess.
A good quality grass fed yogurt will make these clusters taste the best they can. I recommend a brand like Maple Hill or Norr.

High Protein Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups heaping cup strawberries
- 1 cup greek or skyr yogurt you can also sub a creamy plant yogurt
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder vegan or non vegan works here
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 ½ cups dark chocolate chips or chunks can also chop up a dark chocolate bar
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Optional toppings
- flaky salt
Instructions
- Add strawberries, cacao, yogurt and protein powder to a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon* out mixture onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper (a plate or other flat surface also works) into 6 evenly sized clusters. Freeze for 1-2 hours or overnight, until hardened. I have found that dairy yogurt takes a full 2 hours to freeze while vegan can freeze in closer to an hour.
- Melt together chocolate and coconut oil. I melted mine for 3 30 second intervals in the microwave.
- Dunk each cluster in dark chocolate. Sprinkle over the flaky salt. Freeze again for 10-15 minutes, until set. Dig in and enjoy!**
