Instructions to make Healthy Banana Oat & Almond Flour Cookies

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Add all wet ingredients to a bowl. Mix until just combined with a spatula. Pour in dry ingredients except for chocolate chips. Mix until just combined. Lastly fold in your chocolate chips.
    3. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Form 8-10 evenly sized cookies. The dough is very sticky so I recommend working quickly and with wet hands.
    4. Bake cookies for 12-14 minutes.
    5. Let cool for at least 10 minutes and enjoy. Store cookies in a sealed container in your fridge for up to 4 days or in your freezer for 3 months.

Substitutions for Banana Almond Flour Cookies

    • coconut sugar can be subbed with brown sugar
    • maple syrup can be subbed with honey
    • almond butter can be subbed with peanut butter, sunbutter or cashew butter. I don't recommend tahini because it is too liquidy
    • DO NOT sub the flours
