Sift matcha over water over a matcha bowl or another small bowl. Using a bamboo whisk or hand frother whisk the matcha with the water using a zig zag motion until it is combined with the water.
Blend or froth together the milk, salt, honey and vanilla. You can use a blender or a hand frother.
Add ice to a glass. Pour in matcha and then pour over the milk mixture. Top with bee pollen if using. Stir to mix together and enjoy.
