Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 teaspoons Matcha Use code avocadoskillet for 20% off my favorite matcha
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • ½-1 tablespoon manuka honey Any
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste Can sub vanilla extract
  • pinch mineral salt Or sub regular salt
  • ¾ cup milk of choice I used Califia coconut milk but any works

Instructions
 

  • Sift matcha over water over a matcha bowl or another small bowl. Using a bamboo whisk or hand frother whisk the matcha with the water using a zig zag motion until it is combined with the water.
  • Blend or froth together the milk, salt, honey and vanilla. You can use a blender or a hand frother.
  • Add ice to a glass. Pour in matcha and then pour over the milk mixture. Top with bee pollen if using. Stir to mix together and enjoy.
