Blender Lemon Honey Frozen Yogurt (dairy free)
- 2 cups coconut or greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Add yogurt to an ice cube tray, preferably silicone. Freeze yogurt for 2-3 hours until cubes are firm.
- Add ice cubes to a blender along with honey, lemon and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Divide out and serve.
