Baked Hasselback Carrots
Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½-1 teaspoon salt
- pinch black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut thin slices length wise on carrots about ¾ of the way down.
- Add sliced carrots to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Toss in oil, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
- Roast carrots for 30-40 minutes. Until cooked through and browned.
- Serve carrots with your favorite protein and toppings.
