3 Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 medium spotty ripe bananas
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup + 1 tablespoon oats
- butter or oil for cooking
optional add ins and toppings
- pinch cinnamon I didn't add any
- pinch sea salt I didn't add any
- maple syrup
- additional fresh chopped bananas or fruit of choice
Instructions
- Add bananas, eggs and oats to a blender. Blend until smooth. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Add butter or oil to a skillet over medium heat (I used about 1 tablespoon butter). Add ¼ cup batter to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes each side, until golden. The pancakes will bubble once ready to flip. Repeat for every pancake until you have 8-9 pancakes.
- Serve pancakes with your favorite toppings and dig in
