Instructions
Add bananas, eggs and oats to a blender. Blend until smooth. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
Add butter or oil to a skillet over medium heat (I used about 1 tablespoon butter). Add ¼ cup batter to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes each side, until golden. The pancakes will bubble once ready to flip. Repeat for every pancake until you have 8-9 pancakes.
Serve pancakes with your favorite toppings and dig in
