Maple Mustard Tahini Sauce
Tahini is my favorite nut/seed butter. I think because I am allergic to peanut butter and tahini tastes so similar, or so I have heard. To me, tahini sauce tastes good on anything. I have been playing around with my tahini sauce variations for awhile and this maple mustard tahini sauce is one of my favorites.
This maple mustard tahini sauce takes less than 5 minutes to make and only a few ingredients. It is so flavorful and packed with nutrients from the tahini and garlic. The uses for this sauce are endless, I love it on a salad or roasted veggies but you do you!
I recommend using a good quality tahini for this recipe. My hands down favorite is Soom Foods. If you don't have access to Soom try to find one that is not too bitter or thick. A good tahini sauce should be drippy and rich but not bitter.
I hope you love this recipe as much as I do. If you make it give me a shoutout on instagram so I can repost you. Also, a rating and review would help me out so much!
