This vegan golden milk protein smoothie - anti inflammatory is a delicious vegan breakfast option.

Ingredients

This makes 1 serving of smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 juicy date
  • ~ 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • seeds 1/2 tbsp of each - hemp, chia and flax (optional but adds extra nutrients)
  • 1 heaping cup frozen cauliflower florets (fresh is ok too)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch black pepper (to activate the turmeric)
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 serving vanilla protein
  • 1 cup water

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
