- 1 banana
- 1 juicy date
- ~ 1 tsp fresh ginger
- seeds 1/2 tbsp of each - hemp, chia and flax (optional but adds extra nutrients)
- 1 heaping cup frozen cauliflower florets (fresh is ok too)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch black pepper (to activate the turmeric)
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 serving vanilla protein
- 1 cup water
