I love chia seed pudding because it is simple to make, and can easily be customized. This gingerbread chia seed pudding is perfect for the holidays and so delicious. This chia seed pudding is a perfect vegan healthy breakfast or snack.

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cup or bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up until 24 hours. After a few minutes of refrigeration mix again to prevent clumpiness.
