The sweet and spicy flavor is so good together, it's hard to not eat the entire meal in one sitting! Ginger and garlic add extra nutrients to this meal plus some gut healing compounds.
All you need for this tofu is a handful of ingredients and your oven and stove top. The sauce takes less than 5 minutes to make thanks to arrowroot starch. Arrowroot starch is one of my favorite things to keep on hand, it's perfect for making things crispy and thickening sauces.
