- 2-3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice you can omit if you are allergic but this adds creaminess
- + ~¼ cup fruit of choice
- +optional toppings of bee pollen and chocolate
Add cottage cheese, honey, vanilla and nut butter to a blender and blend until smooth.
Layer cottage cheese with fruit, add desired toppings and dig in.
