Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sized mashed bananas extra spotty or brown

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl except for the chocolate chips. Mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips to the dough.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Add dough to the pan and bake for 45-55 minutes. I have a run of the mill oven and baked mine for 50 minutes on the dot.
  • Let loaf cool for at least 20 minutes so it sets. Dig in and Enjoy.

Notes

Do not sub out the spelt flour for anything except for all purpose or all purpose gluten free flour.
