Ingredients
  

Oyster mushroom

  • ~1 lb oyster mushrooms - torn into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • pinch salt/pepper

Buffalo Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Toss oyster mushroom in oil, soy sauce and spices. Add mushrooms to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until mushrooms have started to brown and crisp.
  • Mix together buffalo sauce ingredients.
  • Once mushrooms are done cooking, toss them in the buffalo sauce.
  • Add mushrooms to toasted bread with your favorite toppings.

Notes

This makes enough for 1-2 sandwiches.
