garlic powder

paprika

soy sauce

oil of choice
Broccoli

heads broccoli

salt/pepper to taste
Buffalo Sauce - Medium Spicy

hot sauce
less or more for mild/hot

tahini
or sub cashew butter or vegan butter

apple cider vinegar

maple syrup

soy sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss tofu in oil, soy sauce and spices. Pour in starch 1 tablespoon at a time and shake to coat. Lay tofu on a lined sheet pan.
Roast tofu for 30-35 minutes or until crisped.
In a bowl, mix together all buffalo sauce ingredients.
Coat tofu in sauce and serve with your favorite toppings and sides
