  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Make your flax eggs by mixing flax and water. Let sit refrigerated for 10-30 minutes.
  • Mix together your wet ingredients in a large bowl. Pour in dry ingredients minus your apples and mix. Lastly fold in apples.
  • Pour batter into a lined 8x8 baking dish.
  • Mix together crumble ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour crumble evenly over batter.
  • Bake cake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy.
