  • Melt together chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. I melted mine in 3 30 second intervals in the microwave.
  • Add popcorn to a bowl. Pour over chocolate and stir until popcorn is fully coated.
  • Add popcorn chocolate mixture to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Spread popcorn in an even layer. The popcorn kernels should be touching.
  • Sprinkle salt over popcorn. Next drizzle over nut butter.
  • Refrigerate popcorn bark for about 30 minutes until hardened.
