Salted dark chocolate kiwi bark

Add kiwi slices to 5 rows of kiwi slices with 4 slices in each row. Try to make sure that all of the kiwi edges are touching.
Add almond butter to kiwis and spread over to make a nut butter layer. Add kiwi + almond butter layer to the freezer for 20 minutes to harden.
Melt together coconut oil and chocolate. I melted mine for 3 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring after each interval.
Drizzle melted chocolate over top of the peanut butter and use a spoon or spread the chocolate into a thin layer. Wait a few minutes and then sprinkle flaky sea salt + cacao nibs if using. Add the bark back to the freezer for about 15 more minutes, until the chocolate has set.
Slice bark and dig in.
