Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 dates 2 will give a stronger caramel flavor
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons matcha use code avocadoskillet for 20% off the linked matcha - it's my favorite
  • ¼ cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Add dates, milk, salt and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth and blended.
  • Add matcha and water to a bowl or glass and whisk together until blended.
  • Add ice to a glass. Pour in matcha and then pour the date mixture over top (order doesn't matter). Drink and enjoy.
