  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Add oil, honey, mustard, and apple cider vinegar to a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Add green beans to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Toss green beans with oil mixture, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  • Roast green beans for 14-16 minutes, until they are crisp tender with some caramelized spots.
  • Serve green beans with your favorite protein and toppings.

This makes 2-4 servings of green beans, depending on how many green beans you want to eat
