Add tomatoes and garlic cloves to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silicone. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until everything is cooked through.
Add all sauce ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Mix together pasta and sauce. Divide out and top with the rest of the basil, olive oil and parmesan. Dig in and enjoy.
Notes
This makes enough for 3 servings of pasta, if you wanted it to cover more pasta you could double the recipe or thin out the sauce with additional broth.
