These raw vegan cinnamon rolls (no bake) are a delicious and easy alternative to your regular cinnamon roll.

Instructions
In a bowl, mix together your dough ingredients until fully combined.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape on parchment paper, it should be about 3 inches wide.
Put dough in the freezer while you make your filling.
Blend together filling ingredients until smooth in a high powered blender or processor. I stopped to scrape down the sides a few times.
Spread filling on flattened dough. Carefully roll into a log. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer and carefully slice into your cinnamon rolls, each roll being about ½ an inch thick.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
Notes
This dough can not be baked, it must be eaten raw.
