juicy peach - stem and pit removed

honey or maple syrup

additional chopped peaches

Instructions
Add all ingredients except for the chia seeds to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add peach mixture along with chia seeds to a glass or bowl and stir to combine.
Refrigerate chia pudding for at least 1 hour or overnight. It is recommended to stir the chia pudding again after 10 minutes to prevent clumps.
Serve chia pudding with desired toppings and dig in.
