  • ¼ cup greek or vegan yogurt
  • additional chopped peaches
  • bee pollen

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except for the chia seeds to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add peach mixture along with chia seeds to a glass or bowl and stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate chia pudding for at least 1 hour or overnight. It is recommended to stir the chia pudding again after 10 minutes to prevent clumps.
  • Serve chia pudding with desired toppings and dig in.
