  • Add cottage cheese, honey, vanilla and peaches to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Add graham. You want the graham crackers to be broken up but not fully blended.
  • Add ice cream to a bowl or loaf pan and freeze for 3-3.5 hours until ice cream is set.**
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

This makes 3-4 servings of ice cream.
*I used simple mills sweet thins so I do not chop them, but if you are using full sized graham crackers break them apart.
**If your ice cream comes out frosty let it sit out for 15-20 minutes, this will soften it up.
