Miso Honey Mustard Salmon

This miso honey mustard salmon is a delicious and easy to make salmon recipe.

Ingredients
  

sauce

  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon mustard
  • juice from ¼ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon miso paste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon old bay sub paprika but old bay is so good here
  • 1 garlic clove - grated or minced

Snap peas (optional)

  • .5 8 oz package snap peas
  • ½ tablespoon olive or avocado oil
  • pinch salt/pepper

Other ingredients

  • 1 piece salmon preferably wild caught, 1 servings worth
  • ½ tablespoon fresh chopped dill or herb of choice
  • ¼ cup cooked grain of choice optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add all sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Brush sauce over room temperature salmon* and add to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • While salmon is cooking, make your snap peas. Add snap peas, oil, salt and pepper to a skillet over medium high heat. Toss the snap peas occasionally and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  • Top cooked salmon with dill and serve with grain and snap peas.

Notes

*I let my salmon sit out for 10-15 minutes to come to room temperature.
