Add all sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth.
Brush sauce over room temperature salmon* and add to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
While salmon is cooking, make your snap peas. Add snap peas, oil, salt and pepper to a skillet over medium high heat. Toss the snap peas occasionally and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
Top cooked salmon with dill and serve with grain and snap peas.

*I let my salmon sit out for 10-15 minutes to come to room temperature.
