Fries

  • 1 small japanese sweet potato or sub a regular potato
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon za'atar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • juice from ½ lemon

Yogurt Sauce

  • ½ cup yogurt
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • pinch salt/pepper
  • 1 garlic clove - minced
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped dill
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Toss together fries with spices, oil and lemon.
  • Add fries to your air fryer in an even layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking once halfway through. If you don't have an air fryer your can bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Mix together your yogurt sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Serve fries with yogurt sauce and enjoy.
