These Maple Balsamic Carrots are a delicious veggie side dish.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add carrots to a bowl and toss with oil, balsamic, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add carrots to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper (or a non stick sheet pan) and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve carrots and enjoy!
This makes 3-4 servings of carrots.
Fresh chopped parsley makes a great garnish for these carrots.
