Add the tea bag to the hot water and let it steep/ cool for 10-15 minutes. To speed up this process you could let it steep for 3 minutes and then pop it in the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes to cool down.
Remove tea bag from tea and add tea to a blender along with the remaining ingredients except for the sparkling water and ice.
Add ice to your favorite cup. Fill halfway with hibiscus mixture and halfway with sparkling water. Repeat for the second mocktail* and enjoy.
Notes
*If you don't want to make two mocktails you can store the hibiscus mixture in your fridge in a sealed cup or jar for up to 3 days and add sparkling water when you are ready to drink it.
