  • Add the tea bag to the hot water and let it steep/ cool for 10-15 minutes. To speed up this process you could let it steep for 3 minutes and then pop it in the fridge or freezer for 5 minutes to cool down.
  • Remove tea bag from tea and add tea to a blender along with the remaining ingredients except for the sparkling water and ice.
  • Add ice to your favorite cup. Fill halfway with hibiscus mixture and halfway with sparkling water. Repeat for the second mocktail* and enjoy.

Notes

*If you don't want to make two mocktails you can store the hibiscus mixture in your fridge in a sealed cup or jar for up to 3 days and add sparkling water when you are ready to drink it.
