Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide out pudding into jars, glasses or your favorite vessel. Refrigerate for 30 minutes - 1 hour.

This makes 2-4 servings depending on how much you want to eat. Nutrition information is for ¼ of the recipe.*Your coconut cream must have guar gum in it to work. You can use a can of coconut milk or a can of coconut cream. Refrigerate it overnight so the white part is hardened and can easily be scooped out. Try to avoid scooping out any water from the can.
