  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • ½ cup greek or skyr yogurt
  • ¼ cup chives
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • ¼ cup dill
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt to taste I used about ¼ a teaspoon
  • 1-2 tablespoons parmesan I used a small chunk
  • black pepper to taste I used about ⅛ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve with your favorite sides or as a spread on toast.

Notes

This dip makes about 4 servings. You can turn it into a full meal by serving it with a bunch of veggies and some hardboiled eggs.
