Melt together chocolate and coconut oil. I melted mine in 3 30 second intervals in the microwave.
Mix together chocolate and granola. Spread out on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about 10 minutes or refrigerate for about 20. You want the chocolate to be hard.
Drizzle nut butter over granola bark. Add desired about of flaky sea salt. Refrigerate for another 5 minutes.
Cut or break apart granola bark. Enjoy.
Notes
This makes 9 large squares of granola bark. This could be anywhere from 9-16 servings depending on how big of a piece you want to eat.
