Fudgy oat flour brownies (vegan)

These Fudgy oat flour brownies (vegan) are the best healthy brownie recipe.

Ingredients
  

Wet

Dry

  • 1 cup + 3 tablespoon oat flour
  • cup cacao

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together your wet ingredients, pour in dry ingredients and mix.
  • Pour batter into a lined (i used parchment paper) 8x8 baking dish. Top with chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
  • Let brownies completely cool before slicing, I recommend a full hour or 30 minutes in the fridge. Otherwise they will be crumbly.
