Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Toss brussels in oil, salt, pepper and starch. Roast for 25-30 minutes until crisp.
Once your brussels are done roasting, set aside to cool and start your sauce. Whisk together sauce ingredients and then add to a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer until sauce has thickened, whisking sauce to prevent clumps. This will take about 2 minutes.
Combine sauce with brussels and desired sides and toppings.
